It looks like UI is currently broken with Chinese language, could you try changing the language to English, adjusting your options, then switching language back to Chinese?
This might do the trick while we fix the UI bug.

All right, I misunderstood your initial feedback.
There is no Visual Quality toggle on PC, it is always set to "HD" as we deemed irrelevant to provide a "SD" option to presumably beefier machines.
Should you need a "SD" option for PC, we might think about adding it.
