I am just understanding the basics, but there is no tutorial or explanation for the majority of things like how long pregnancy lasts, or how long it takes to farm wood, how long It takes before the villagers are tired, etc. That's not what this is about though, I'm wondering how long someone is pregnant before the baby comes or if I can speed it up🙂

The durations you mentioned are not visible on purpose, I can however tell you that pregnancy should last around 21 minutes.
There is no way to speed up an ongoing pregnancy but keep in mind that the 21 minutes are taken into account whether you are actually playing or not, so you might still take a break and come back later to check on your newborns.

    No it does not!
    What the Fertility dance in the totem does, is increasing the probability that your followers get naturally pregnant. But it does not alter the duration of pregnancy.
