I can't access the game store for some reasons I don't know If I should unlock it or something it just has a lock over it. Anything I'm doing wrong?

In order to use the store, you must have completed the tutorial in your village.
If you completed the tutorial already, please send us your saved game (in-game -> Options -> Contact -> Email) so that we can work it out.
