Im new to this game. And I just wanna know what does it mean when a follower wears orange instead of the normal blue.

This simply means this follower is not as common as your regular folks. As a newborn, this follower will have greater stats and traits than common followers. Once trained up, common and uncommon followers have the same potential and can reach the same max values (10 for each skill + 6 traits).
thorthur Actually, it is possible to reach higher value than 10. One of my follower reached 11 and was still able to train.
The value you can read on the left part of the screen is actually the sum of a natural value, which can be trained up to 10, and modifiers like Traits.
I think that's what might explain values greater than 10.
