Totems and Dances - How they work?

Hi all, was wondering a few things about totems:

What's the range of them? Do they have range or just work for the whole village/town?
Movement stat improves it efficiency, can we train it? Would be nice to have a camp to do so.
Do 2 or more totems effects stack?
How much does a totem effect affect with dances? Ex +10% resource gather? Or how is applied?

The totem affects the whole village equally.
Would be interesting, for sure. We kept Speed out of the training equation at the moment in order to give value to the items you equip your followers with.
Yes, they do.
For the "Labor Dance" (which increases resource production) the rule is : every Speed point in a totem with this dance is 1% more production for Food, Herbs, Wood and Stone
