I guess the two non-empty villages on both screens are the same.
What probably happened on the first screen is that, on startup;
- the game first found a local village (ie one that was previously played and saved on the device)
- then added two "empty" villages to ensure you may play on at least three villages
- then found a remote village (that was previously saved on the cloud from another device and never played and saved on this device) and added it to the lot, thus creating a fourth slot.
This is a bug, as it should have taken one of the two available spots instead. Thanks for the feedback!
