It would be nice to have some kind of audible notification when a child is born. We can't have our eyes on the population counter all of the time and those damned cannibals are fast and sneaky. Also, it would be awesome to have a better way of locating the little brats than just searching for them. Zealots are frustrating. Often, by the time you hear the notification ( and they always sneak in when you're preoccupied on another screen) and locate them it is too late to stop them from snatching a follower. If it is going to be impossible to revoke a conversion, we should at least get a couple more seconds to respond. And the supreme frustration is being helpless to interfere with zealots' proselytizing because they are shielded from being pushed by standing behind a structure. Nothing makes a god feel more impotent than being unable to act because a bad guy is standing in the shade. Either let us kill these dudes, or unconvert their victims, or make it so we can pop them anywhere they may be lurking. Please.
